In the final minute of Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Asbel and Yupa ride into what looks like the ruins of a city over-run by the Sea of Decay. We delve into the history of the animation studio Top Craft and the birth of Studio Ghibli.

We see some snapshots of how the valley of the wind recovers after the Tolmekian invasion and ohmu stampede, and we dive into the credits for in-between animators and supporting studios.

The villagers of the valley of the wind are jubilant that Nausicaa is alive. The ohmu retreat, and the end credits begin.

Obaba-sama realizes that Nausicaa is the savior from the prophecy.

The villagers react to Nausicaa's apparent death, and an ohmu lifts her up.
